Sherburn Hungate Nursery
have being learning all about animals this half term.
As you can see, the children have really enjoyed making jungle pictures! The pupils have used household items, such as boxes, paper plates and toilet rolls, to help complete the excellent display. The idea came from a book that the children liked called ‘Rumble in the jungle’!

They have also being learning about animals that live underwater. This display was made by using black paper, tissue paper and shiny paper cut into strips which made some wonderful underwater animals. They are very proud of their whale, too!

Nursery also love making life-sized pictures of themselves. Their art and writing skills seem to be progressing well over the year.
